The Hellenic concept of alternative and innovative dairy products, originated from our family heritage over 50 years ago at the foot of Mount Olympus in central Greece.

The art of cheese making has been handed down over many generations, using goats and sheep’s milk from our own herds. Incorporating local dry fruit and vegetables to achieve a unique presentation of dairy and antipasto, creating a unique balance by infusing the two raw ingredients together, thus the dairy/antipasto concept was transformed and crafted for the Australian palette.

By incorporating the traditional art of cheese making we now present a unique range of handmade dairy products, dairy deserts, dairy antipasto, soft and hard cheeses available with some alternative and unique advantages such as, rennet free products, 97% fat free products and shelf stable mature products.
